My first choice of title was too long for the site - With All Due Respect to Motivational Speakers. Am I the only one who gets fed up with inspirational platitudes? I know, I know, that success is sweeter when it follows failure and joy is more deeply felt after sadness. If I promise that I have learned these lessons, can I just have smooth sailing for a little while? LOL
