Reflective Quatrains
Wash Day Never Ends

I never meant to stray so far -- temptation beckoned me. My inner voice was shouting, "Stop!" I did not heed its plea. While now I seek salvation's grace to scrub my sins away -- How fresh instead would my soul feel if never gone astray? |
