Where Fairies Dwell
by adewpearl
Umbrellaed by a rainbow, a spectrum of delight, the fairy world's protected by sun's refracted light. A kingdom of bright colors awaits each elf and gnome, where rows of mushroom mansions provide a cozy home. I lacked an invitation to live among the fay, no magic door would open to place that I might stay. I couldn't pick the daisies that grew throughout the glade, nor sit beneath the tall trees that offered cooling shade. Till my imagination provided me the key, that made the lock unfasten, and this land welcomed me. So if I'm ever missing, I trust you will not tell, I'm off for a vacation where sprites and fairies dwell. |
