What I really want!

For us to greet the
beautiful, azure sunrise.
Rest upon the crimson sunset
and throughout the day, get lost
in each other's comforting eyes.

To walk about and enchantingly see,
flowers, birds and scenes play out.
To catch glimpses of the animals
sneaking around patrolling about.

To disappear into crowds and
quietly savor the local sights.
Create our own stories and share
our bevy of whimsical delights.

To use fire to create a long
ago forgotten atmosphere and
rustic delicacy.
To stir those coals at night
to see what the sparks, spell
out for you and me.

A million smiles, looks and laughs,
whether running across a busy street
or on some quiet woodland path.
Living life for a while striding together,
to our own special song.
Enjoying things that have been lost to
both of us for just too long.

Any further thoughts should be
left for the icing on the cake.
Best given to each other as a gift
and as a treat for future's stake.
