Interdependent, I have become!
I Float On Your Tide...
by Mike K2
When you're happy, my
head is in a cloud. When you're sad, it covers me like a shroud. When I know that you cry, I fear I'll drown. When you laugh, I instantly lose my frown. When pushed away, I'm never more alone. When hugged, I'm like a dog given a bone. I try to bring your moods into a pool. To float restfully, a wise man or fool. |

I apologize to two members for the creation of this poem. To Judian James, for using my fingers in this and not for fun. Today I read her poem, "Fun with Fingers ," which mentions that fingers should not be used in poetry. So what happens, this poem worked itself as a ten count. Also to Aaron Fairfax as I have added another water based poem to FanStory. LOL Aaron's comment was just a light hearted observation expressed in a review.
