For your convenience, FanStory.com automatically includes a personal copyright notice at the end of each item you create. You are free, and encouraged, to sell your work to others, publish it with others or do whatever you wish.
By posting to FanStory.com, you grant us non-exclusive rights to display and store your work on our site. Obviously, we require these rights to show your work to other people who may visit our site. Non-exclusive means that you may give these same rights to anyone else as well; for money or for free. By default all wrting is shown on the new listing page. These stories are open to public viewing. You have the right to strictly limit visibility using our "Lock and Key" release mode.
If you believe that a member of FanStory.com has unlawfully used your copyrighted material, you may send a Copyright Infringment Notice to support@fanstory.com .
We will remove the writing until we receive confirmation that there is no copyright infringement.
Authors agree that they wrote the work submitted and created any electronic images or audio that may accompany it. The federal No Electronic Theft Act (NET Act) provides for criminal prosecution of individuals who engage in copyright infringement, even where the individual derives no monetary profit or commercial benefit from the infringement. Such behavior can result in up to three years in prison and/or up to $250,000 in fines.
