Winless For 30 Days
The topic for this poetry contest is: SPRING.
Write a poem that somehow incorporates the topic. The poem does not have to be specifically about the topic and creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner. The requirements are no rhyme or meter, from 15 to 30 lines with spaces between stanzas counting as lines, and a maximum of 250 words. The poet is asked to include the word count in the Author's Notes.
This is a Winless contest. Only authors that have not won first place in 30 days may enter.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
