That's Not How I Remember It!

The topic for this contest is: Two Sides To Every Story

That's right! This contest challenges you to write the story twice, because once just isn't enough. We're going to assume the old adage of there being two sides to every story is true.

Summon half of your creative genius and write a gripping opening tale from the perspective of one character. Then, nurse the other half of that creative genius out of the closet and write an equally enthralling story, but this time from the perspective of another character in your story.

But wait! More rules:

1) Prose Only, though fiction or non-fiction is acceptable. (I don't want to be a complete hard$$.)

2) 500 word minimum, 1000 word maximum - we don't want to take up too much of the voters' valuable time.

3) Provide some sort of indication that the first story is over and the second is beginning. You know, like some of those little star thingies.

That about covers it. Good luck, have fun, RAWR!

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 25.00 member dollars. There are 13 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.

Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Thursday, December 22, 2011.
