The F word has existed for more than 500 years. Though there are theories as to what it may have meant--it varies, the predominant urban legend is that it means Fornication Under the Consent of the King, referring to a time when copulation was only 'legal' for the king. Married couples were permitted to post F.U.C.K. on their doors as proof their carnal activities were sanctioned by the king.
This contest requires the creative use of the word 'FUCK" and is meant as a diversion and humorous antidote to the warm and fuzzies we all experience, but are loathe to admit at this time of year.

Open to fiction or non-fiction, but the word FUCK must have a prominent and creative use in each submission. No minimum or maximum word count.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 30.00 member dollars. There are 12 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
