write a haiku about the flower of your choice
-Two lines of grammatically interconnecting concrete imagery
-a satori line of reflection or observation.
-personification allowed
-artwork ok, but the poem must stand alone
-no animation, videos or music
-17 syllables OR LESS
-short-long-short format
-title must be haiku(first line of poem)
-description box must only state contest entry and the syllable count, for example: contest entry (5-7-5)
-no author's notes
-minimal punctuation and capitalization
-no end rhyming
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 80.00 member dollars. There are only 2 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
