Ever since she could remember, leslieann has watched as elaborate movies scrolled by in her head--complete with character names, dialogue, and action. Every night as a kid, she'd "play movies" until she fell asleep.

In high school, she began to write down what she saw, and throughout college, she worked on her skills in a series of creative writing classes and workshops.

Today, leslieann is a practicing veterinarian in California, writes every day, and in her spare time, enjoys travel, reading, and horse riding. She is also an accomplished belly dancer.
