Perhaps, I should be more specific...
Stella38 has been writing just shy of a decade and lately, has cranked it into serious mode.

I should probably say something about my reviewing. Yes, I'm a nitpicker, guilty as charged. But here's the thing, writing is damn hard. Words are our tools - and that includes punctuation. My biggest influence has been the works of the late John Gardner. He speaks a lot of the "fictional dream" that a writer creates for the reader. Mistakes (bad punc., spelling, sentence structure, clunky dialogue) break that dream for me.
