EvaGriffin: Is there a way to read what other reviewers have said about someone's work? I learn a lot about myself when I take the time to think about what someone else has written. I suspect I would learn even more if I could read what other reviewers thought of the same piece.
    nor84: Click on the writer's name to go to their profile. You'll see a tab called "comments" and you can read what they wrote to others, and also what others said in a review. -
    Nomar Chagrin: When you read other people's reviews, you'd think we were all Pulitzer Prize winners. We're too nice to each other here. It's still a good site though. -
    EvaGriffin: Thank you for your comment Captain. I try to give the kind of feedback that I want for myself. I don't want people to be harsh, but I would appreciate thoughtful suggestions and corrections. Over the years of course I have had to write, but mostly letters and business documents. Inspired by great writing I have read over the years I have just this year decided to try my own hand at this business of having something to say and attempting to say it in an interesting and entertaining way. Today I will post my fledgling attempt at an exercise in description and the comments I received from my friends which led me to look for a site like this one:) I have signed up for the nonfiction class and we shall see what happens. A new adventure awaits!
