Darshi04: Off for 8 days on a visit to North India. Should get a lot to write after travelling through snow capped mountains and eternal green fields!
Love and warm regards to all!
Marillion: Safe travels! What a great trip! -

Darshi04: The one thing that you can learn here, is that there's always someone who writes better than you, there's always room for you to improve. And there's always going to be competition.

"In the process of competing and improving, you might just create a masterpiece - a piece so wonderful that, later, it will be hard to believe that you yourself wrote it."
Marillion: So true, my friend, and the competition can be friendly, or it can be sneaky and mean (and green). I've experienced both on several occasions here. -
Darshi04: As a newbie, I'm only experiencing the friendly one. I've not felt the personal touch with anyone. Let's see how things unfold as time passes by.
Fair winds to ye, David. :) -

Darshi04: Writing is a therapy where you outwardly ventilate all the things that perplex you, bother you, or make you happy.
Writing is living.
Selina Stambi: I agree! Belated welcome to Fanstory. May you receive all the writing therapy you desire on this site. :) -
Darshi04: The writing therapy happens before I post anything on the website! It's generally on paper.
I'm finding this place a good source for reading other's work and sharing my own.
And the contests, of course! ;) -
Sagnik Das: Not a truer word has been said. That's the precise motto I seek to attain with mine.
    A pleasure to meet you. :) -
Darshi04: A pleasure to meet you too, Sagnik my friend. :) -
