DBMacks: I fired my publisher out of Colorado yesterday. After a year of her having my kindle version, I made $12. I went with her because she supposedly had vast experience with kindle. I sold more of my other two books on my own than I did the one through her.
The third book will be back out on kindle today along with a box set.


DBMacks: Well I started Nano, but didn't make it. I only got to 23,000 words. I hope to finish the first draft by the end of December.
    William Walz: Reminds me of the kid who ate way too much alphabet soup and had a tremendous vowel movement. -


DBMacks: I have been writing like crazy. I also have started doing ebook conversions for kindle, ibook and nook. Talk about going nuts. It is fun to see other author's works.


DBMacks: Up to schedule with Nano. Sitting at almost 13,000 words


DBMacks: Started Nanowrimo today. Have a new story line I am working on. This is a first for a full length novel. Very excited and will keep you informed along the way.
Left this morning with 2,035 words written. Will write again tonight.


DBMacks: I have not been on here for a while. It seems time gets away from me. I either write and live or visit writing sites and live. I am working hard to find a balance. In dealing with that I have written a couple of blogs dealing with it. One is called Focus and the other is Life Lesson #2. They are on my web site under blogs. dbmacks.com. Do others here have that same problem -- finding balance between being here, writing and living life. Please share how you have handled it. I am in desperate need. Thanks


DBMacks: It has been a while since I have been on here. I lost my job a year ago and tried to make the best of it. I ended up going through a lot of depression and not doing any writing.
I have been able to move forward, with the help of a lot of friends. I hope be be active again here.

DBMacks: Started NaNoWriMo. I am at 8,000 words
    DIS-illusioned: If I wrote, "It is coming! It is coming! It is coming! ..." 30,000 times, would that suffice?

    Joy Graham: Actually, DIS, in one of the descriptions the nanowrimo site gives out, they say to write one word 50,000 times. I wondered if they would want 50,000 different words LOL!!! -
    Joy Graham: Way to go DBMacks!!! I am in nanowrimo too. I'm at around 6,500 words right now. There is a thread in the forums here where we can all encourage each other. Check it out. There is also a threat in the forums on the nanowrimo site for fanstorians to gather as well. Check it out and join us :) -

    But shell, I don't believe in that saying ... Change 'All' to 'Any' and 'no' to 'limited'--yes, that's better.
