msmadeleine: I arrived home late last night and with one hour twenty minutes left, I decided to write the prompt REVENGE. I am delighted to have won by one vote! SO THANKS TO THOSE WHO GAVE MY STORY THEIR VOTE. I have not posted or reviewed for several weeks as I feared loosing both my husband and my job to my obsession with Fanstory! I will get back to some reviewing, and I'll try not to be tempted into posting again yet. It really was taking over my life!

I've tried hard in the re-write of chapter one, Tea for Two, to correct and actually changed my story so far to make myself more clear. This is a direct result of my critics. So thanks


msmadeleine: Exhausting day! I have re-written my first chapter in response to my reviews. I tried a tactic of holding back on character building, but I realise from my reviews that this is not working. I hope that if anyone choses to read back to Tea for Two in Tea with a Gigolo they will let me know how it flows now. Thank you all so much for your reviews. I used up my 'Nominate' so if you worked hard for me and wonder why I haven't recognised you-that could be the reason.
    nor84: We can't ask for reviews in the forums, and reviewers are supposed to note SPAG. What the writer does about the SPAG is up to her, of course. -

    msmadeleine: SORRY GUYS. It was supposed to be a joke! Anyone who has followed my story knows how bad my SPAG can be. I was only referring to SPAG on this piece, NOT ON THE WRITING IN MY STORY. Some of my reviewers have been wonderful, helpful and patient. I am signing up for the SPAG lesson this week.
    My punctuation is terrible and I write like I speak. I'm here to learn. The purpose of this piece was to say I had gone back to the beginning of the story and that I have listened to my critics! A way to thank them for their help.
    PS The SPAG joke, that I've now removed, went wrong because I didn't make myself clear. Thanks for pointing it out. -

I'm very depressed and I hate my story today. I keep rewriting and rewriting. I'm I alone feeling that that?
I'll settle down and read some other people's writing and cheer myself up that way as soon as the Internet is back up.
