keondae: How is a new flavor born?

I am a coffee maniac.

I mixed Caffee Brasile and Malawi AA+. It tasted softer. Even though two of them are quite a bitter taste. When they were mixed they tasted different.

If each of them insists its own flavor only, a new flavor will never be made.

When two strong flavors were getting along with each other, a new soft flavor was born.
