Betty Rosenstein: People often ask me how I've lived this long. So I put down a few of my secrets.
1. Money always helps to live a better lifestyle, but the love of money is the root of all evil...
2. A good healthy marriage partner has helped me live 68 years in love.
3. I make it a point to surround myself with loving, caring friends and family.
4. Eating the right foods and exercising makes for a healthy body and mind.
5. Always helping the needy and less fortunate.
6. Having some form of spiritual awareness.
    mrsmajor: I'm 83 years of age, my loving husband left us in final sleep 30 years ago...never had a lot of money, have many acquaintances, but few really good friends, and value all of them...can't say that I eat the right foods all the time, but I do try to share my time, and whatever little I have, if it means helping someone...and most of all My soul belongs to Almighty God Jehovah... -
