emmaysavage: I enjoy writing and really value receiving critiques. I will read everything and especially enjoy contemporary fiction and poetry. I've been writing most of my adult life. A volume of my poms will be out inn 2020 (I hope) and am currently blocked on finishing my novel, and like writing short fiction and nonfiction. |

We've never met, so this is a totally unbiased opinion: you write well. You write very well. A collection of your short stories should be able to find a market. Posting those stories on fanstory first is a good idea. Most readers will give you good ideas on what is working and what isn't. -

I would like to enter this contest but really don't know if the poem I am working on is acceptable (basically a monologue in sonnet form). Any guidance you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - June -
