Copperhead is a single woman in her fifties who has written poetry off and on since she was a child. Much of her early writing was lost, but she is beginning to write more frequently again. An only child, her parents are both gone to Heaven and she resides with 5 cats and 2 dogs. She has married twice, divorced twice and now simply lives her life in an attempt to make others as happy as she has been in the past. Sharing herself with others, she finds happiness in her present. A devoted friend, she is there when you need her, cries with you, laughs with you, picks you up when you fall. Her writing has become outlet for the emotions she cannot bring herself to share directly with others. She is publishing much of her earlier work, while awaiting the inspiration of new people and things in her life. If her writing blesses you, then she in turn will be blessed and will continue to find expression in her written words.
