TheBrokenPoet: There's nothing more satisfying than knowing you're exactly where you need to be and loving every moment. Surrounded with creative words, my soul mate playing music on the guitar in the background while tuning it, and me, journal, markers, and a sense of comfort and being home... life is beautiful.
    Nan Beeson: Ha! Your soul mate playing music on the guitar in the background reminded me of when I was in your shoes. I went with Dusty Rhoads (Sons of the Pioneers/Mary Kaye Trio/Roy Rogers/ etc. He also played stand up-bass before electric ones came in. He used to play the guitar and sing crazy lyrics to songs to me to make me laugh. He's in heaven now, and sent me Birthday cards for over fifty years after we parted!He said he wanted us to grow old together sitting on the porch in our rocking chairs.... I have to smile thinking about him right now...I even wrote a song about our relationship: "The Bottle has Come Between Us." Yes...Life is beautiful when you have an attitude like yours and appreciate every ting in your life. -

For them, not me =). Thanks to everyone who gave FAIR reviews today, I highly appreciate it =). For future reference, if you vote my work down, please explain why instead of just saying "the artwork doesn't fit." That was ignorant and unjustified. I hope you all have a wonderful evening!

    Border Reiver: What, what, what, what!! Crazy people. I haven't checked the reviews you're taking about, but it sounds like they are what we call fluffers. They only comment on your work for the cash. They have no idea what to say about your work so discuss the picture instead. It's shameful behaviour, but we have to persevere. -
    Border Reiver: Hi, again. Just checked what you are refering to. That one which was just a copy and paste of the reviewing notes, you need to report to Tom (the FanStory boss) it's against the site rules and from what I've heard from other members, he will remove such 'reviews' (if you can call them that).
    Regarding the one who marked you down for the picture, just ignore such comments, never try to get in a heated discussion with the reviewer, it's just not worth the stress. I know it hurts and you were completely correct. I've been there, done that, and eventually learnt to give a simple "thanks" and ignore the comment. Plus if the reviewer repeatedly gives you stupid reviews, you can always mute them.

    I sent you a picture of myself. Did you get it? I haven't been well and I was at the hospital for a couple of days. I am home now but I may have to have some big surgery on my neck very soon. I was supposed to have this surgery last March, but I had a minor stroke just before I was due to go to theatre. My Neurosurgen, who was just coming up to see me before I wet to theatre and when he tried to talk to me I could hear him, I could not respond for him. I was unable to lift my left arm and left leg or speak even. I had earphones in because I had been listening to music to try to relax. So, when I didn't answer him, he pulled them out just to confirm that I wasn't able to to anything. Then we found out that I had pressure on the arteries at the back of my neck. I would more than likely have had a severe stroke had I gone through the heavy type of surgery he had in mind. My arteries just would not have stood up to the pressure. My neck is in extremely delicate condition because of my disease. It is actually equivalent to the age of an 80 year old woman. As I am only 53, that means my neck and my shoulders, they are include on this, are thirty years oder than the rest of my body. No Good. Anyway, hope to catch up soon .
