Selah1292: I am a 59-year-old grandmother who loves to write. I write because I have so many thoughts and ideas, and such an imagination, that I have to express these things in some way.

I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ who is the foundation of everything I do in my life.

I live in the big city of Indianapolis, IN since my husband went home to the Lord March 22. I dream of going back to Quartzsite, AZ.

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and enjoy helping people. I especially enjoy giving advice on raising children.

I have helped to raise, or at least partially raise, in some cases, 18 children, including four grandchildren, although I have only borne two natural children. I have also worked in three daycares and helped with those children as well.

I have forty grandchildren counting one on the way. I also have a great-grandchild who was just born 8/18.

I try to review the grammar, spelling, punctuation and typos.

For stories, I may comment on the content. If I don't agree with something, I may let you know, but it won't have any bearing on how I review.

For poems, I will look for errors, but it's harder to know what's an error or what is intentional. I will review more on the rhythm and flow.

I rarely ever give five stars, especially on poetry, because I don't feel qualified to make that kind of a judgment - unless it is exceptional. I have only given five stars in maybe 10% of my reviews.

If it is a book with a continuing theme, I will probably not give it five stars until I've completed the book and checked the error edits.
