I will not say I enjoyed this poem as enjoy is the wrong word. It make me also feel helpless. Having said this. It is well written poem catching what many of us feel and think.

I enjoyed reading what I assume is a commentary on our current political situation. However, I think there are other factors at work, not so much apathy. Anyway, your words are well chosen and the rhymes work too.

It would be good to nip tyranny in the bud before it manifests itself in our history books, alas this will never be and all we can do is look back and have regrets and hope it is not once again repeated, but I fear human kind keep on making the same mistakes over and over, a poignant write, love Dolly x

Know this is worth. I like the repeat at the end, something I like to do, which cements the emphasis.

See something, say something. Feel something, do something. Too many people are watching the destruction of our country, our society and most of our institutions. We don't like it, but not enough of us are willing to do something about it. We have to stand up and do whatever we must to return to a state of normalcy. Great write.
