Do you find uncertainty and adversity makes you appreciate more the triumph of persevering and overcoming? I do. I still hate it though, when I have to persevere and struggle to overcome whatever obstacles are in front of me. Best wishes.

A very well-written faith poem about the fog surrounding us and we need a light to guide us through the gig into the right direction we can only pray and He will show us His eternal light.

I know how the darkness blinds the eyes, for many times is has shadowed mine, author. God is light, by following Him you can only do right. This is a very good offering for the Faith Poetry contest. I do have one suggestion. On your last line, " With faith in fog, I'll follow wherever you may go." You may want to place a comma after faith. It sounds like you have "faith in fog." :) Thank you for sharing.

This is a beautiful read.
I enjoy the correlation between literal fog and clouded thoughts. Darkness doesn't make anything clearer for us. Light, however, gives us direction.

Your own light shines in this poem, as you seek that of God's. Your poem's title and key point - "Faith in Fog" - shows that even in times when we are caught with uncertainty, God Himself is ever-faithful. We have to let our love, and the knowledge that his light is right, keep us on a committed path.
Your rhyming couplets have an easy flow with a feeling of sincerity in the words. I noted the change from the first stanza being of 13-syllable lines and the following ones being 14-syllable structure, and some purists might expect the stanzas to be consistent, but it did not bother me as far as rhythm and the poem's overall successful delivery. Well done - it's a real contender for winning.
