The Lord's desire for His children is unfathomable. It is for those that are His, that have fallen back, and those that haven't yet received Him. The harvest is plentious but the laborers are few.... Thanks for sharing this inspirational and well written work. Well done brother!

Wow -- this is one that sings to the Christian soul so loudly, Roy!! ;) Love the emphasis on the personal choice, but, in the end, it is God's laws that will be the judgement... ;) Thanx for sharing! ;) Yvette

Roy,
There are times when we need to shout to the
Lord, empty our heart and confess our weakness's.
We must recognize Him as Lord and fully accept
his mercy and forgiveness. Thank you for sharing.
Peace,
Richie

So true we need the innocence from the beginning before we got corrupted by the cruel world we had to be. Thank you for sharing and good luck with your writings.

A very well-written poem about the enlightenment we experience when we first learn about the presence of God within us and we know we will become less tempted to sin before Him.

WOW! Powerful words there, Roy. I wish the world would wake up and know that our fate is in God's hands. He is not pleased with us at all at this time. Will we get another chance or will this be the end of the world as we know it> Well done. Nancy:)

You did a good job, Roy, with your lament. Your presentation is great--the color scheme--mournful, the image--fitting, the rhymes--great, and the message--outstanding. Your poem paints a picture of opposites--those who hear and pray for God's call and will be ready and those who do what they want to thinking they have plenty of time to change--but they don't. Thanks for sharing,
Respectfully, Jan

Brother Roy,
your poems are always based on a Scripture passage, and they always speak to my soul Looking foward every day "To pass through the veil at curtains fall"
Prayer Request
My older than me sister(84) Sharon, is facing her"apointed time." She is very sick with numerous problems and is down to 88lbs. Her husband, Gus, is 90 yrs. old and in fairly good health.

Yes sir, it's loud and clear, if only man heeds! Roy my friend, you're one wonderful poet; thank you for sharing this beautiful poem in gravitating verses with a theme enough to wake up the sleeping souls.

Roy, I believe this is the first time I've seen you use KJV for the verse. Not that I object -- love KJV.
The poem is sadly prophetic. We have, indeed, turned away from God's cry for our salvation. And time is short. A good 'call to action' for both believers and non-believers.
Thank you for doing that here!
Be blessed,
Deb
