I love your article here Iza, it's true that working in a confined state is difficult with oversized stuff, so the temptation would be something of a more salubrious nature, well done, blessings Roy
Typo a cheap(l)y one. 2 technological(ly) challenged. 3: doesn't(s) support.

Well, I can tell someone is fed up with work from home. I enjoyed your journal entry, Iza. It was fun to read but also informative. It seems your company wasn't prepared for at home work and now they just let problems slide.
Thanks for sharing,
Respectfully, Jan

and doesn't supports ( support ) me...

So how are you after those grammar effects? I hope the virus is decreasing in your city. It sounds like you are still working from home. Hopefully things will get better; the vaccine will help whenever it gets here.

Nah, I don't trust the vaccine, things will get better if we allow it to happen:)

Hello my friend. LOL I love the sarcastic tone in the telling of the tale:
Especially this part:

"Have I started to drink due to this inconvenience? Hell... yes! One beer before the meeting to warm me up, and one after, to cool me down!"

One little thing I spotted if you don't mind. Here:
"I have a super Star Trek art of state office: (Don't you mean "State of the art?"

Good job. : ) Bob

Hi Bob, thank you for the correction, I felt that something doesn't feel right but I could't grasped what was it.

This is a great rundown on the horrors of the virus.

Noticed one typo:
Watch me, now how I ZOOM in, from my phone, because my computer is crapenstein and doesn't supports (support)me... audio!

I thought this was one of the better chapters in the saga. You really feel the frustrations of dealing with cheap chairs from China, via Walmart and Amazon, the skype video office that maddeningly doesn't allow back up, or phone calls; like I say, technology is great for tech savvy millennials and when it is working at all, but when it doesn't and if you're not, then it becomes a nightmare. Zoom church is another creation of the epidemic, something kind of antethical to the whole practice. We are social creatures in the end, in need of physical contact to feed our souls. Loved all the personality and emotion you put into this narrative. Corona be damned! estory

You're doing great, Iza! Keep learning new technology. My mom's 87 and she skypes with me. I think she's about to learn Zoom for her homeowners' association meeting. Let's keep learning!

"art of state office" (state-of-the-art office)
"expensive chair for a cheaply one, " (cheaper)
"doesn't supports me... audio! " (doesn't support my audio?)

Lockdown is leaving Europe. It started slowly, but it's on an exponential increase. Everyone says it's a good thing, everyone except me. I can see all the horrors that are going to ensue from this sprint to re-create the life of 2019, and my only wish is to be left in lockdown as it was before May 11th, strict.

I understand your fear, but we can't live in the past.
reply by Katherine M. (k-11) on 24-Jun-2020
This is my argument. Everyone here does want to re-create the past. They are not aiming for better things.

This is a cute little post. Although it is listed as a book chapter, it can stand by itself. It is humorous and I enjoyed reading it. I have never used Skype and I recommend Zoom, which has worked for me.
