I felt that you had to have gone to Ireland and saw the land and talked to the people, from the way you described it. Tough times, Sally? I must admit that it is tough... all around the world. I have forgotten the smiles with all those masked people walking around. It makes me sad to see someone in need, life is hard everywhere. I'm happy to read stories, poems from people like you that try to cheer someones heart. I try to write and started... then my computer when on the frizz. I'm typing on an old one that I brought from Brownsville to Hondo. It's just my wife an I here in the boondocks. Working on the house, living day by day. I need to let out my feelings, but all I feel is sad and there's enough of that going around. Thank you for the story, Sally. Take care of yourself and your loved one.

I love how you've depicted the selflessness, altruism and kindness. I wish there were people like that in the world.
Excellent use of a dialogue and descriptive imagery.
I loved the description of the summertime in Ireland, the country I always wanted to visit:
"Summertime in Ireland is like a shooting star, breathtakingly beautiful, but fleeting.
The grass is a wild array of verdant fields, laden with the most recent drizzle, dotted here and there with Sheep's Bit and Bog-rosemary. But when the sky is blue, and wind somewhat tolerable, it's heaven on earth."
This was a real treat.

I love how you've depicted the selflessness, altruism and kindness. I wish there were people like that in the world.
Excellent use of a dialogue and descriptive imagery.
I loved the description of the summertime in Ireland, the country I always wanted to visit:
