This is a very nicely composed poem. We all like to see that our loved one values us. Sighs and love-lit eyes are two good signs they hold that esteem for us. Good luck in the contest. Marilyn

Oh wow ... totally romantic. But I ask you this: if you were not under "house arrest" and if all the sports teams were in action, would you be looking in her eyes or would you be watching ESPN? If you would still be looking in her eyes, then it my be love. LOL - Jerry

A good short little poem. I like the rhyme used, and the way in which, although short, has quite a lot within it. Good picture to go with it, too. Good luck in the contest.

Aaah, yes - the sounds and sights of the evidence of love: a gentle sigh and the light of love in the eyes. Your poem captures the loving feeling well, both in the lover (heart singing) and the loved one.
