Yep, washing hands is a great remedy. We have to sing the 'happy birthday' song when we wash our hands. Just an idea but a good one. Thank God for sanitizer, it helps if you are not near a wash basin.

I liked your writing about the washing of hands. I too have grown up in a world where washing hands was important. I always washed my hands before preparing food. Washing my hands is the first thing I do when I arrive home from an outing. So, I'm thinking the same way you are, why wouldn't you wash your hands for hygienic reasons?

I liked your writing about the washing of hands. I too have grown up in a world where washing hands was important. I always washed my hands before preparing food. Washing my hands is the first thing I do when I arrive home from an outing. So, I'm thinking the same way you are, why wouldn't you wash your hands for hygienic reasons?

Another one of these coronavirus moments where the social norms are being exposed and hand washing is the new handshake. Funny I think how people become obsessed with these things in a temporary fashion...my guess is when the media leaves it behind, so will people leave behind their handwashing. it's all about appearing to be politically correct more than anything else. if tigers can get it in zoos, something else is going on besides transfers from surfaces....estory

"We had mandatory in our pockets cotton handkerchief that we used to wash and iron and wear them again." (It was mandatory to have a cotton handkerchief in our pocket)
