No 'clawful' puns here - most of them tickled my funny bone. I think I would only change 'aquire' to 'acquire' to have it spelled correctly. You really did a full-fledged job on this poem! Very, very nice entry for April Fools' Day!

Thanks for the tip. I shall change right away. Always feels good to make somebody laugh. I had fun writing this. My favorite is "Is that sentence asleep, or in a coma." Fun to write this kind of stuff - with a little red wine for lubricity-of-logic. Thanks for your great review and your laughs!

My wife might agree to "tour-de-farce", but this one was really fun to write. Could not find the start button until late, but then it just rolled. An appropriate amount of Malbec red seemed to grease the grears... Thanks for a great review!
