You know to think about Halloween is a little unreal. If we live or die is perhaps on our mind right now. We have lots of it in the states here, too. I will never think that this virus is an act of God? Do you? Perhaps He's trying to wake us up.

Yes, it is a scary time for all the world over. You did a great job detailing the effects of the virus where you live. I like the idea of the singing from the balconies. It gets scarier and scarier as it hits closer to home. When your co worker gets sick, that's really scary. I liked how you described the spirit of the Italians caught in the grips of the epidemic, singing to boost their morale and cope with the isolation. And I liked that closing image of the Halloween costume; the hazmat suit. yes that might be the star costume this year if this passes by then. great personality in the writing. estory

Everyone should practice keeping a diary during this time to stay busy and relieve stress. Try to find the lessons learned. Folks should get back to reading the Bible. Most have forgotten God.
"13 If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; 14 if my people, [c]who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

My favorite part was, "Well, they found a very humanitarian mode to deal with it: they sing the virus to death.", because it's so positive, and it's great to see people uniting instead of dividing especially during a crisis!
The Lord led me to these verses after I read this,

Thank you Helen, and my coworker,well I don't want to be evil,but I think she is faking because she wants to stay home. My Boss called her to see how she was feeling and her husband said the she is out. .. So tonight I will post something about the fakers:( unfortunately they are a lot nowdays.
