I love that you use mostly dialogue in the story. It gets the point across and breaks up what could be long narrative passages. Excellent writing skills.

Thanks. I've found it's much easier to develop characters using conversation rather than narration. Glad you liked it.

Seems Aaron will be king whether he wants to be or not, though he will continue to receive as much assistance as he requires. Sounds like he better get some sleep, he is going to need it.

This is a great chapter, Cindy. I enjoyed all the discussions about whether Aaron would or would not become king. It seems that he must to protect the dragons. I can feel the bond between Aaron and the dragons. I like what he said no kind would live with eleven dragons and a box of chickens. There are plenty of tangents to follow in the next chapters. This is a great continuum to your story. It's well-written, very interesting. I love the bits of humor you through in. The way you showed everyone's characters, their different personalities.
