The illustration reminds me of a tarot card. The concept of a "free versers club" is interesting as 95% of contemporary poetry is likely considered free verse. A lot of "taboo" words included here as well: satanic, fornication, masterbation, molestation... A very dark theme. Is the picture an illustration or is the poem ekphrastic? Thank you for sharing this.

After I read this, and before I reviewed, your piece.
I went on my TV system where I stream.
And, I got the movie "Beguiled" to come up.
But, the only problem was they wanted $2.99 to rent it.
So, instead I decided to write my own piece about Lilith.
..
Yours was well written and rich in Theme and Imagery.
It also, read well and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.
...
The Adjective and Objective Contents were both Excellent and Exceptional while Descriptive Measures aligned Perfectly.

Indeed. Free your mind and have a look at the story of Genesis...of the apple and the snake in the garden and the temptress who sold the idea. And of the fratricide of the two brothers who followed such a union. A great reminder of a great morality story.

Not many people talk about Adam's first wife. I was well into adulthood before I learned about her myself.

So I am assuming this is about Lilith? I believe she was said to be Adam's first wife, and the character you describe so vividly seems to be how she is noted. Excellent piece for our club challenge! :) xoxo

Well thats how the satanic folklore goes and apparently she murdered her first born which gave precedence to the idea of infanticide hence the nature of child sacrifices which in modern times and I dare say even times of old was incorporated in the idea of abortions without restriction. She was deemed the Goddess of fornication due to her seductive abilities and her place in satanic history of oracles containing the creation is well noted. Though of a christian persuasion myself I find it interesting to hear and delve into the teachings of these things from a christian perspective ... In our own understanding Adam and Eve are the original created male female figures but when you delve into the other systems of belief and understand their own perspective you can see where they get the idea and basically to me their just delusions that others may believe ...
