Fire is one of the 4 elements.
Learning how to control it was an important step for early man.

But fire can also be our enemy especially if it is enhanced by winds .. ( exactly what is happening in Australia where winds are propagating fires )

The pic you chose is one of devastation yet it's also stunning to the eye....the moon is so low giving us an optic illusion that it is swimming in the smoke .

The picture that goes with this piece is beautiful. When the flames reach so high in the sky that they start to cover up the moon the world is in great pain.
