I love all the different forms of poetry. When I read for a story, I always learn something new. This poem is wonderfully written and I love the picture. Best of luck with your writing!

Have a great day, and God bless.

A very interesting format and you do it well. Both the format and the content are uplifting and appealing. Also, the artwork is a very nice choice to complement the piece.

A very complicated form, but the results are lilting and flow well. The Angelic show... a guarded secret? Their smiles inspire you to write. Are we reading that you see them or are they metaphors? All in all, an enjoyable presentation.

Raffaelina, while we not see the Angelic form in this plane, I hazard to believe that on the other side there will be many angelic beings.

I firmly believe that I have a Guardian Angel.

You poetically present this celebration of Angels with solid rhyme, internal as well. Your words are well chosen and the colorful metaphor's are
effectively employed in this excellent spiritual offering.

My good friend, I do thank you as always, One can hope the Angelic forces will be them in times to come...until then we can just muse about them :)

This was a wonderful poem. It is motivational to the belief and possibly prayers to God and Angels. Well thought out. Clearly written. Creative. Fun. Great verbiage. Excellent work. Nicely done :)

Don't think I have come across a lauranelle before, not that comes to mind anyway. It is always good to try new forms though, ones learns a great deal from experimenting with new forms.
Your ode to angels offers a glimpse at a reality many would love to experience. To be visited and receive inspiration from such heavenly creatures would blow the mind ; ))

I've written quite a few villanelles but, as yet, no Lauranelle, a pentameter, opposed to tetrameter. A beautifully composed French form poem, popular in the 19th century. Angels are very useful, whether in physical, or clothed in wings and Heaven's beauty. Beautifully written, great application and expression, and good rhyming and articulation. Well done, blessings Roy

Roy, as you can tell, I didn't quite get this one tot the finish line. I have however come to a better awareness that I focused in error on syllabic count not metre. Something learned in the process.

Well, it?s a growing thing, great effort though.

I love how this poem reads like a prayer, a plea to angels to keep inspiring: "Pleasing Angels, you inspire me to write Loving, longing, seeing your smile bright." yet acknowledging that "be it my faith in God, it is so!" I love the educational notes about the shawm.
