Whew! I read this, said "I ain't touchin' that!" left it behind, and came back to it. I gave a 5 because the poem is VERY skillfully-written--no kidding! I must say, though, that a FanStory member who is a full-of-crap liar must have had the lies and crap already within just waiting for a chance to come bursting out. How's that for honesty?!

Oh surely there is more that you could say.
But then again, with some it won't hold sway
because they're bitten by that 'greedy' bug,
and wish to sweep their deeds beneath a rug.
Accumulating 'dirt' destroys our trust,
much like construction fills my rooms with dust.
But I can sweep and clean my little room -
use criticism, envy as my broom.
Or maybe I should "vacuum" - they've been fooled.
Believe that they know all - 'FanStory schooled'.
Lord, save us from the patty of the bull.
My eyes prefer to 'see' - not drown in wool. :)))

The form is well done in the 8-6 syllable ballad style with excellent rhymes.
Either, biting, cynical, satirical or heartfelt
seems you learned a great deal and have stockpiled much fool's gold.
Enjoy the luster, you may even win this contest to add the your haul. :)
