Great use of an oxymoron (diversely universal) in your one line poem! Yes, it's universal because we humans do respond with laughter but it's diverse because we do laugh at different things due to cultural differences. Best wishes in the contest.

That's true. No matter what language a person speaks, everyone understands laughter. That and crying are universal. Good luck in the contest.

This is an excellent most uplifting one line poem GM. For some reason your word choices made me think of animals laughing too, and they most certainly do that although some are quieter about it than others.
