OMG!!! Rox! This sounds so much like me it's not even funny!!! I took my kid for his first day at school this year... College. LOL, But there were some last-minute things he had to be signed on for and I had to make sure they were taken care of! LOL Well... it wasn't exactly, 'take your mom to school day' and I TRIED to stay out of his way... ;) lol

You've got a talent for silly!!! Just kidding, but this is cute and reminds all adults with children how at times they want everyone to think they dropped out of the sky completely equipped for life with no help from THEM (adults in their lives).

A very well-written poem about how easily parents serm to embarrass their children just being themselves and they will not hold back telling us, but they certainly forget about the things they did to embarrass us.

I'm always embarrassing my sons, and they wait until they can come up with something equally embarrassing to do to me. It's their turn next, unfortunately. I'll never learn! I loved this poem, Rox, you would have had a great time with sons. Daughters aren't quite such fun as boys are. lol. :)) Sandra xx

What a great poem. Loved the humor and your artwork is hilarious. I was caught dancing with my grandbaby once. My son was shocked said I didn't know you could dance. He didn't say if it was good or bad and I was too embarrassed to ask. Nicely done, thanks for the laugh.

I love the words to your poem, it capture my attention and my memory when my children were young. Those were tough years yet, with God's help my children laughter love and being silly dancing and singing with me, we came through like camps
I'm still the same way with my great- grand children and they love it, so keep on dancing my friend.

Haha! Love this! It is so true though that kids respond to older people dancing like the end of the world was on its way! But my 4 year old grandson thinks it's cool that granny dances with him! Ain't no shame going on! We cut the rug up big time! LoL! Thanks for sharing!!
