Well I finally got around to reading some of your other works. I like this poem allot and it looks like you had a great run of rhymes all the way down to the last two lines. I did not think about it to much but after giving it a bit of thought and research I may have flipped the last two lines around and said something to the effect of:
While imagination's flight is set ideally
allowing script to flow so freely.
Anyway just a thought on my part, over all great poem.

I just got notification about this contest that I forgot about... it's taking me a while to get back into the swing of FS after being absent those several days.... and here I see your poem got 3rd. It is exceptional - I love how you describe your imagination utilising observation and emotion to engage your poetic soul to express the written words.

I've decided I'm not more responsive or deep thinking than people around me, I can just put it into words better than non-writers. To write something, and have a reader say, yes, that's what I mean!

Very will written poem. I like the idea of the poem. Well rhymed and easy to read. Flows very well except the very end. The only thing that didn't really seem to be fitting was the line "spirits move as they please" it seemed only there for the rhyme itself
