I really, really like this verse. It reminds me of of the poem .. If.. by Rudyard Kipling. Not identical, but the same resonance. Great rhyming choices too. I like this one.

I don't see any advantage in reality, of being extremely good looking or extremely rich. However, I can't say that I would say no to such a situation if it was in my grasp. It's just that extraordinary actors, athletes and rich people don't seem any happier than anybody else. Your words ring true. Good luck in the contest.
