This meets the contest requirements beautifully as you deliver a deeply moving one line poem. This is the second one I've reviewed in this format. I have always loved Cummings content and never liked the format simply because I feel the vertical presentation diminishes the imagery and power of the piece. Good luck in the judging and thank you very much for sharing it.

Somehow I resonated with this poem. It was quite powerful for only one line. I enjoyed the image which fit the mood of the piece. I am not sure I am ready to part with the last of sixes, but it definitely is a five plus. I am torn. I am not sure what an accurate rating would be.

Thank you, bro. The picture chose me first and I saved it for the perfect poem. I do this often as I find good artwork is crucial to my piece. I also own a graphic art company and art is key to all we make and provide for our customers. I have a good eye although almost blind and save art daily for the day when I may not see it at all. Hopefully, not, but I have a huge space on my computer just for my artwork for FS. So pleased you liked this and for the excellent review and comments.

What a novel way to depict the tears falling down the dress. And what a perfect picture to accompany your words. You did prompt me to look up e.e.cummings. I just remember memorizing Buffalo Bill in high school, but didn't really know anything about the poet. I learned a lot today! Good luck in the contest.
