Even the layout of this poem is sad, resembling the trickle of a teardrop on a cheek, but then, that was intentional, wasn't it? Very well done. Best wishes in the contest!

An amazing one line poem. Mine reads like, See Fido run. LoL. A very smooth flow. A single line with an emotional message. Nicely done. No edits or adjustments necessary.

You captured my attention when I saw the photo you choose to go with your poem, they are a perfect match your words I can relate to, when I don't know when my last tear fell, was it the time I was rape an not by a stranger or the seven deaths of loves one right after each other with in three months time frame.Thank you for sharing, have a safe and blessed week end.

Don't cry Sally. I don't want to be the one to tell you this, but I think you have nineteen sentences, :) I know it is one line, but a line is horizontal, laying flat, not standing straight up. (I think) I just wanted to point that out because I know that you know that you have one line. I don't know what other people think. I'm playing with you Sally. :) This is a good entry for the One Line Poem contest.

Fascinating one line poem, with a beautiful picture to match the words of the poem. I am so impressed with this contest entry. It looks like a winner to me.

Indeed, this style is different for you Sal. I is similar to e.e. cummings writing the way it dribbles down the page. This is a good entry in the one-line poetry. I liked it..Good luck in the contest. Bob

Oh, so sad, but so well put. When we have cried and cried, there does come a point where there is no more to give. We are empty. Feelings are spent.
Very well said, Sally.
I hope you do well in the contest.

So sad, yet sweet. O.K., I am going to have to pretend they are tears of joy or I will cry. Love the format, love the photo choice. Love everything you write. Does this explain that I am a HUGE FAN? You may reply like this:

There truly is a point one reaches or realizes regarding certain woes
or travesties, they are 'all cried out' and there are no more tears left
to fall. This event referencing this tear empty point is most compellingly
thrust into senses regarding this ill fated dress. The resemblance
to e.e.Cummings is indeed captured most illustrously and memorably.

Great job, dramatic pic and theme awesome! Thanks for sharing dear!
Blessings always, Ronni
