I am religious, but never write about it... I don't really know why.

Rikki, I totally agree. Our freedom to say many things, has been reduced to lack of privacy on account of media and events. It's like Big Brother ( George Orwell's term) has come to fruition via the 'speak police'. I don't think you "rant and ramble". Thanks for sharing your view.

I agree with all of your observations. I am sure that the creators of FanStory would love for the political base to expand. It is what it is though. I just skip what I don't want to read. Like you, I read and edit more than I write. Maybe I'm lazy. Maybe I just love reading. I'm glad that you posted this.

I don't think you have too much to worry about. I rarely read the religious stuff, but none of what I have seen is offensive. There might be too much political correctness in the world, but people can post whatever they want. The PC police are out of luck.

I try to read everything even the adult stuff. I feel if a writer took time to develop it and writ it deseves a read. My opinion.

I try to understand political stuff and often find myself lost and confused. I live by the theory that you have to take care of yourself before you can take care of another if you can help someone you should, and sometimes things just have to be said.
