I have never known what to call you. Do you go by Al?
This fictitious confession seems also to be a prayer of supplication. It seems a most serious plea, which must comprise the non-fiction part, and is most passionate.
It is very meaningful and sincere--beautifully done.

This got me very emotional. I could feel your voice in my head whilst reading this. This is indeed a humble supplication from the depth of one's soul. You have indeed written well.
Some quick suggestions: many of your sentences are very long, run-on sentences. You may just want to break them into where appropriate. In: "You see what I do from the core of my heart and from my little brain in and around back part of my head." Adding "the" to the above sentence, so that it reads "the back" would make the sentence clearer to the reader.
Again. in statements such as "facts that," "facts as to or facts about" would better replacements.
You may want to consider adding a coma after "of" in "of and how much truths I have distorted, refused and denied of, and how many promises I have refused and failed to keep."
Furthermore, In: "Please grant my prayer with appeal following my true confession first ever, and accord to my favour at par with your exclusive power and grace me with a physical change in my body to make me a dumb man." You may want to add a comma after "confession" and "power."
Just read through the work again, add commas where appropriate, break very long sentences into two and you'd be good to go. A very interesting read! My best wishes!

I agree that we are to talk to God about everything. However, no matter how flowery our words are, no matter how long winded we are, no matter how much we repeat, God is not mindful of it for He knows the heart and thoughts of man. Men can say anything, and people can think it true and good, but God will beg to differ. His decision tops everything.

"You know the facts that how many lies I have told in chit-chats, gossips, small talks, rumours, idle talks.." If everyone did that at confessional, there would be a long line.
