The juxtaposition of loving a woman hard while being gentle at it is a nice use of words. Or maybe, I just like the thought of something hard associated with a woman. Personally, however, I don't believe anything one does with a woman works in the long run, as, ultimately, they usually end up leaving the men they're with.

Aaaaa, Many relationships break up for one reason or another, My
relationship with my deceased wife lasted 63 years.

Yeah, it's rare to stay with someone that long. Very rare. And even then, most people only stay in long relationships due to financial necessity or fear of doing something else. But these people never want to admit this, since it would mean facing their true feelings about how they, and most people truly feel about commitment. Most men and women (mostly women) choose to move o. To someone else. Statistics bear this out.
