Yvette,

What a super, super message. Even the apostles weren't willing to accept worship - and who would have been more worthy of it than them on this planet? Great presentation! Loved it! Good luck!

"A Life Well-Lived", is short succinct and very much to the point. Woven between these lines are the golden threads of truth. To me, this is a six, but unfortunately I only have fives left.

-Very nice artwork
and presentation, Yvette.
-Your notes are appreciated.
-The syllable count and
rhyme are good, as well
as a very good message.
-We don't need to bow
down to others, but only
recognize and follow
His teachings.
-Good luck in the contest.

What wonderful sentiments summed in a few short lines! Food for thought. One can live only thirty years and it could have more meaning and impact than one of eighty. Be true to yourself and the One who created you. That's how you define yourself. Well said.

Oh, June!! Thank you, THANK YOU! :) :) Those stars are lovely but not as lovely as that sentence:

One can live only thirty years and it could have more meaning and impact than one of eighty.

How true is that - fantastic!! :) ;) So glad we could connect and relate so well on this one -- take care and have a wonderful weekend! ;) ;) Yvette

Awesome, four lines to live by. I am a fan of inspirational succinctness. The presentation alone should get you a high placement:-) The picture and color scheme was well chosen. Good luck

My father always used to tell me, "Son," (he often called me that--son), "it's much better to die standing for something than it is to compromise your principals and live on your knees."
Ya know, that made a lotta sense to me.
As usual, your presentation is second to none.

If you lost your legs, could you still kneel? Do you think animals pray? When people pray outside a confessional, is that called praying outside the box?

The message is loud and clear even though you hardly used any words. The tree of life is such a compliment to your lovely poem. You have artfully portrayed what faith is and should be. Bless you.
