Witty contest entry. Certainly made me smile.
The poem is engaging and written with flair. The final line, apart from the double meaning, is a subtle dig at our society's penchant for medicating our way out of problems.

That is funny. It's true it seems. If their is something wrong with you, their is always some kind of medication that can be taken for it. I like this very humorous and well written offering. It made me smile. Well done!

The prompt for the contest was to make light of something serious. I thought it was a curious basis for a contest, too, but I read through the other entries, and they're hilarious. Sometimes things are easier to handle when you laugh at them.

Clever. Implying one can take something for one's problem with taking things. I didn't know people could take medication to stave off kleptomania tendencies.
