This is a nice poem, although I think you might have entered it into the wrong contest(?). I remember seeing a poetry contest that was about loneliness, and I'm not quite sure how this poem fits with this contest, where the prompt is, "When I am sleeping, my journeys start." Either way, it's a nice poem with some feelings behind it.

First, my condolences for the loss of your wife. I have been married almost 44 years and I cannot imagine the pain and sorrow you must suffer. The thing that brings me comfort in loss, is eternal life with my lord Christ in Heaven. My husband believes this, too. We know we will eventually have to part, but we will be together there with our Lord as promised in the Bible.
Your poem was beautifully penned with great heart and soul.

A good view of the sadness of loss.
Fussy mechanical point: in stanza 3, "My" should be capitalized, assuming you want to retain the pattern of the other stanzas.

You can feel in the words the love you had and have for her. I cannot tell however that this resonates with you sleeping so I would add some details that point to that.

This is beautiful and an ode to a lost loved one that is infused and saturated with great feelings and emotions. I like the effortless way that it rhymes and flows also. I enjoyed this and commend you on bringing forth this well written offering. Well done!
