I have to say after a day of work ..running up and down , calling , asking one needs it to stop..

the everyday hustle and bustle can't get tiresome and by the end of the day all I'm dreaming of is my bed and that God Blessed silence.

Your poem describes well the peaceful feeling that overwhelms us ..all is quiet at last ....as we finally lay our heavy heads down and blissfully fall asleep.

The poem is very calm, as you relax in bed and try to fall into sleep, and everything is quiet because everyone else is in bed sleeping/trying to sleep too.

I can feel the cozy! I love your rhyme of slight and quiet. It feels very Burnsian like rhyming prove and love! These types of rhymes have always been done and using them evokes a whole type of classical romanticism to me. Well done!
