Youth, to adulthood and then to mature life, each verse tells the story of life, the choices made, the gift of family. A lovely read Trisha ending with a very nice couplet.

Oh, this one is cheery and so very true, Trisha ... it really works well for the message in the terza rima because, as life, it's hard to pick out the right pattern up front! ;) :) Be sure to pop back in there and remove the space between the 'A' and the 's' in your second to last line.
